Blended and flipped learning are more about a pedagogical change than a technological one. It starts with learning outcomes (what do I want my students to know?) and is built as you answer the question, “What is the best use of my face-to-face class time?” Blended learning is about giving students control (at least in part) of one or more of the following: time, place, path, and/or pace of learning.
