Pick Your Hard

Is there a magic bullet for student engagement? Does a million dollar idea exist that promotes a positive classroom culture? Can the adults in the building (really) get along? Our relationships with our students and peers are a large part of how we feel about our jobs. A "one size fits all' solution to challenging relationships and situations in our workplace would make life so much easier! This class addresses possibilities and procedures to promote a more positive learning and working environment. There isn't a magic bullet, million dollar idea, or an easy way to "fix" a difficult working environment, but there are always possibilities! Ideas will be presented to encourage, influence and inspire you to create the learning and working environment you desire and deserve!
Change is hard, doing nothing is hard, pick your hard!
