Option 1: Relicensure Points
Attendees earn up to 12 points
Presenters earn up to 22 points
After attending the 2014 conference attendees may submit their information using this form.
You will need the following to fill out the form: valid email address, CACTUS Number, School District Name, and Number of points earned each day.
Option 2: Southern Utah University (SUU) Credit
To qualify for credit, Southern Utah University requires that learners must complete 15 hours of contact time per credit hour in any given course.
